“ We celebrated our anniversary at Firebirds Erie. The waitress, Isabella, was very attentive and friendly. My husband and I both ordered the 3 course meal and all was fantastic. The bacon deviled eggs were picture worthy! ”

They didn’t know how to make a perfect old fashioned?!!! She not only fixed it but showed her staff how to do it! Now tonight not only is steak delicious but service and drink is perfect! Loni maybe new to this restaurant but she certainly knows how to train staff and takes immense pride in creating a perfect experience for every guest! Firebirds brand has a winner here! ”

I was looking forward to the prime rib but was seriously disappointed and couldn't eat even half of it as it was pretty dry for such a thick slice of meat supposedly done at medium. The baked potato with it was really nice. My husbands filet was perfect and he really liked it. Our waiter Nick was the absolute best, very informative and engaging!! ”
“ This is a difficult rating to leave (3 stars for food). I had the sirloin medium rare, which was cooked to perfection, but So. Much. Salt. I'm a believer of using plenty of salt for steaks, but they just murdered this one. It was not enjoyable. I asked a colleague about the salt level at this place and they agreed they prepare things on the very salty side. Beef quality was good though, and service was great. “ Went to Firebirds Wood Fired Grill to celebrate father's day! The staff was great and I was able to get seated right away in the bar area. The bar area had plenty of seating with a variety of tables, booths, and bar seats. My server was Isabella. She was great, I got very prompt service and she was very knowledgeable about the menu options. Several additional staff members, including management came by my table to make sure that I was well taken care of during my visit. I was even presented a Father's Day $10 gift card for a future visit. The meal was amazing, I enjoyed a salad, the prime rib, mushrooms, and broccoli Everything was expertly prepared. There are many menu items available for everyone. I will definitely be back on my next visit to Erie. ”
